So last week, I was nosy and started weighing each day (but not logging it). I found that when it showed I was up for whatever reason, I was grumpy, so I think I am a lot more motivated when I don't know if I'm losing weight throughout the week, and just see the number at the end of the week.

So this week... I will not do a cheater weigh in... I will not do a cheater weigh in... LOL

Can you tell I want to check how I'm doing? LOL

Anyways... off to bed!

Hmm. Weekly weigh-ins do give your chart a very regular look.

LOL...I hate scale addiction, I fluctuate way to much to keep checking. I try for every 2 weeks 9or will be trying). You chart looks amazing!

I always do cheater weigh ins.. and then I stress over why my weight is up when it's up!

i like to weigh in all the time just to see how it changes as the day goes on. Its fascinating! But the only weight I record is when I first wake up in the morning. I take my body fat measurements at 6:00PM which is the most accurate for me.
