So last week, I was nosy and started weighing each day (but not logging it). I found that when it showed I was up for whatever reason, I was grumpy, so I think I am a lot more motivated when I don't know if I'm losing weight throughout the week, and just see the number at the end of the week.
So this week... I will not do a cheater weigh in... I will not do a cheater weigh in... LOL
Can you tell I want to check how I'm doing? LOL
Anyways... off to bed!
