I haven't been on in a couple of days. We had out of town guests and at first I tried but then gave up trying to log. I was making an effort on eating right and staying within my RDI. It's nice this far into my journey to be able to eye ball things and know the calorie count (most of the time). They left today and I am back at it. I am looking forward to getting a workout in this afternoon. I hope everyone had a great Christmas!
