2 Big 2 Fail's Journal, 17 December 2014

Seeing a big jump. Back to monitoring calorie intake and weight lifting has advanced quite a bit. I'm lifting at my upper limits without too much trouble and still adding on.

I'm not going to worry much about the weight but I'm going to keep below my 100% daily calorie intake as well as possible.

It will come back for sure.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
