weight loss healhty habits challenge starts tomorrow! going to do it. Going to track daily. eat 1400 on not exercise days and allow for more calories through fruits and veggies if still hungry on the days I exercise. with my goal to be under 190 by Christmas day. that is only 1 lb a week which if I actually stick to something diet wise I will attain!! I am planning on either doing my pilates with running/walking 5 miles on the wii or doing the 30 day botty buttlift challenge. or both. Have not decided. :)

That's really similar to my plan (except not aiming for 190 by Christmas, that's just unrealistic for me)! I love using the wii for my scale and for exercise, it's so fun I can even get my mum to do some sometimes :) I particularly like the bicycling one and usually see better results on the weeks I do that one as opposed to the running one. Good luck!
