Kinda overcast and chilly on this last NASCAR Sunday! Got in my long 2&1/2 mile walk while this sun broke through for a while. Probably sitting on my butt for the afternoon watching the race. No wings or beer for me! Back to the regular Y schedule tomorrow!

I listen to the race on my Salman while I take a walk. No tv here. But today I'm tired of the cold and my back hurts bad and since I've done 77,000+ steps this week I'm having a day off 😇
