Everything is good but my carbs are a little up!

I struggle with my carbs too. I'm trying to get my protein up and my carbs down but so far, no luck.

If you're eating healthy carbs, it's still good 👍 If it works better for you to have a little less of them, go for it, but don't sweat it 😉
