Well with my low weight loss last week, I'm going to try to workout more consistently... and for a bit longer. Last week I think I worked out 4/7 days per week, so this week I'm going for 6/7 (I am realistic, I know crap will hit the fan and something will come up).
I'm hoping all goes well, and I'm breezing through the 45 minute exercise DVD by the end of the week! :)

Look at your chart, your doing great. Nothing will guarantee weight loss. We have weeks where we overeat and lose big and weeks where we under eat and gain. As long as that line is going down, your doing awesome. Do the best you can but don't feel bad if you can't make it to the gym every day.

Looks like you are doing great though! Great for pushing yourself that extra little bit. I always aim for more sweat.

Speaking of sweat - tonight was funny... I dyed my hair last night, so needless to say when I was sweating, I was also sweating some pink from my hair dye... thank goodness I didn't ruin any clothes! :)

Well dark pink streaks would be fun!! I do a plum/purple, and when it leaks, it leaks a fushia colour! Very fun colour, but not so cute as sweat! LOL

Way to try to stay positive! I don't think it's how many days you work out..but what you do. Walking is said to be the best and thankfully it's also the cheapest! Cleaning is also great. If you choose to work out that many days a week good luck to ya! I personally couldn't...but I'm still in the lazy phase!
