Went well over my RDI today by going to dinner at Red Lobster. That and the salt will have me working out quite a bit starting tomorrow. But you know what? I had a nice dinner with friends, not something I do a lot, and I am looking forward to getting back into my exercise routine after almost a week off. So all in all, it's good!

The sodium jump is a pain. I ate at our church last night and I am sure that my chicken taco soup all came from canned beans and veggies after the 2 pound increase today. But it was good and fun as well. I am sure your body needed the rest to heal. You be even stronger this week getting back to it!
