Went shopping at Costco tonight. Decided I needed to make up some food to have on hand so the mornings that I am running late I can at least grab something healthy to eat. Planning ahead just works out so much better for me. Anyway you know how they have the people out in the aisles giving out food samples? Well I passed most of them up, one lady had this applesauce like thing and she said it was organic and tasted good so I thought I would try it. DISGUSTING!!!! Glad it was just a bite. It also convinced me not to try anything else. Think of all the calories I saved. =)
