One pan meals for life! Endless combos. Chicken thigh pan seared in olive oil (the kind that’s good for sautéing) with broccoli, green beans, red cabbage, green onion, grape tomatoes and garlic with salt, pepper, basil, oregano, marjoram, thyme and sage.

Don’t sauté with normal extra virgin olive oil, the kind you would use for salad dressings and marinades…use the kind that specifically says for sautéing and frying.
