think this drop is due to the intense pilates work out on Monday. we had a new instructor and she was MEAN (in a great way :0))if anyone thinks pilates is "just stretching" they should come to one of her classes i ache in places i didnt even know about!!!
160.9 lb Lost so far: 75.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
