Adventures With Natto, Episode 1. Very safe recipe. Natto, egg, and cabbage fried rice with baked salmon. If I didn’t cook it I wouldn’t have known it was there. Didn’t smell nearly as much as I expected. Outcome: favorable. 💪🏼

Ohhhhh! That's a good idea; hiding natto in fried rice. It is supposed to be really healthy, but the snotty texture is not great. I'll try it.
