Unofficial weight this morning : 197.2.

My calories for yesterday : over 2000. That's what I get for eating at Longhorns. The steak was over-the-top good, the sweet potato with butter, cinnamon and sugar was good but unnecessary, and the Caesar salad was yummy.

I suppose my high calorie day will catch up to me later in the week. I will exercise today, hopefully that will even me out some. I added the adductors and abductors machines to my routine on Friday and I am starting to feel in in my inner thighs. That was pretty bold of me to just walk up to a machine I'd never used an plop down without "permission" or instruction. No one gave me the fish eye either. OK.
