Gave in and made pizza. Pepperoni Pizzucchini. No crust. Long thin strips of zucchini are the base to this delicious throwback to my keto days. So damn good.

Thanks…it really is delicious and satisfies the pizza craving in full. I’m at that weight stage where I’m confused because I’m down so low yet can still grab fistfuls of fat around the midsection. I really don’t want to drop into the 150s but there is a big part of me that would like to see some abdominal definition. I have never seen my abs before! Tomorrow, Monday, marks 3 months of weight lifting and 5 months since the start of this most recent body recomposition process.

Ohhh ---- you were talking to me??? ... LOL --- the body recomposition also includes your own body "routes" to process - not only the required fats but vitamins and mineral requirements.......to dropping 10-20-30 pounds means that the body has to re-route - everything ---- since body cells cannot "see" --- so to those cells that always were "fed" in a certain way / route - suddenly all of that changed ---- the body will act as if - You must be in a Famine or there is a lack of food ---- especially if you are including high end of physical activity - SO to the cells - you must be out there searching for food energy ------ because all other creatures -when their energy is depleted - use their final energy stores to obtain food. I also have midsection stores - SO keep grabbing them and give them a bit of a squeeze - not enough to bruise yourself - but enough to get blood flow to those areas......Because that area especially is ... The First On - the first place that the body stores extra "fat" energy ----- and so has been in storage for "ever". So give yourself a little squeeze every morning and night --- get the blood going to that place.

DO NOT THINK OF ME !!!

So when you are traveling on "Rocky" ground in the Season - cold of Winter - with a weight loss (you must be using up your stores of fat in the search for more food energy) what kind of foods could the body system expect to be processing? If you are eating foods rich in fats/meats/cheeses that require a certain type of "production" to make - it is hard to keep the animal products on "Rocky" ground - In the winter months - there is little or no garden produce - so dried foods / nuts / grains/ berries --- and lo and behold - we are going to catch a turkey --- the energy output required to produce the celebration "Christmas" - equates to the energy output - to catch a turkey on "Rocky" ground --- then the big feast.

For those people who fast for long periods - they all state that they have lots of energy - adrenaline - that energy is required --- to get out there and find the food since the only reason that humans ever - fast- is if there is no food. If you lose a lot of weight - then include fasting - the body interprets that as - You must be starving to death because there is no food --- If you are going to Fast - you have to expect to go a long time without food before the body gives up its final fat stores. It is a bit of tricky - you have to keep feeding the body in order for the system not to try to store up for any shortages. Only in a survival mode does the body ever start to use up the energy storage (fat)

"""It is a bit of Tricky""" ( a new speech pattern - never heard before)

Stinky knows --- it is "That time of the Year" --- it is colder - there is a little steady stream of - one chocolate - one sugar cookie - a peppermint candy - the smells of evergreens and the visual inputs of - red berries and green boughs - with sparkling lights ----- and little nibbles of cheese and meats and crackers and do not forget the 20 pounds of fruitcake --- wearing mittens and hats - all peace and joy - all on the way to the annual big Turkey feast - and the days that follow --- then another feast - on New Years ----- lots of sound colour and lights ---- YEP --- then the sound of a stereo record playing stylus --- SCRAAATCHHH - it is Reality --- Christmas has been cancelled this year "STINKY" due to a complete lack of interest on my part.
