If I am reading the app correctly then it is 47.9g of protein, sorry I don't measure my carbs, protein or fat, just eat balanced and count calories🙈😁.

2 eggs(I make my omlette with whole eggs mixed with about a quarter cup of water), 100g fresh cut spinach, 35g mozzarella, 20g cheddar and 1/2 cup sliced cucumber😋
