I don’t use recipes. I am like Mozart (he lived in Vienna btw), who was able to transcribe the music after hearing it only once, note by note. I can glance at a meal pic and know exactly how it was made. The seeds were roasted with salt for 20 minutes, weren’t they? The soup looks fantastic but definitely could use some Viennese freestyling🇦🇹❤️👍🏼

Yfritz- What a doofus 🤣 So just by looking you know I roasted those seeds with salt for 20 mins? 🤷🏻‍♂️It was 19 mins actually 🤣🤣🙄🙄

Paula, your not gonna wanna hear this, I’ve already been for a outside 5.5k run, now drinking tea, before my muesli! And off to work for 6.30🤣🤣🤣 but yes, utterly crazy 🤣👍🏻💪🏻

Jamie, only the brave. I am going to work too. But it’s common to eat from 5am onwards. Early birds should live eternally 😂

Nadia- As I don’t eat bread, I have 3 bowls of soup, so I’m very full after 😂 And it’s very low calories for all 3 bowls.
