Like a Mad Scientist, I am working hard at quantifing everything. For example, here are my avg calories for each full week in Aug so far:
Week 1 1884
Week 2 1842
Week 1 1746

Looks like I am on a good downward trend. Eventually, the avg weekly exercise minutes will be measured the same way and hopefully that will be on an upward trend.

Improved health, lower numbers on the scale, here I come!!!


Diet Calendar Entry for 22 August 2014:

Those are per day, I hope and not total over seven days.

Yeah right. I would lose 50 lbs in 6 weeks if that were the case. Yes, per Ave calories per day per week.
