Missed my walk yesterday, early am apt with Heidi. Got it today though. Very humid even at 7am. The scale said 185!! Oh boy! Ate almost a whole egg at one sitting yesterday, still trying to get in all the protein, that's what's hard. I try to drink all the water too, another chore! I get most of it in. Hooks tomorrow. :)
185.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks, C67241, it is mostly high protein, low carb; I had RNY on July 1st.
