aku seminggu 6x , stretching 10 menit , abis itu wo 20 menit dan dilanjut sama skipping 1 jam ditiap pagi sambil nunggu jam sarapan wkwkwk

klo aku seminggu biasanga cuma 3 kali, cardio sm angkat dumbel gtu sih. biasanya 30-50 menit
