How do you make a spinach pancake? Love the versatility of spinach beyond a salad or steamed.

I assume jt’s not hard to make a spinach pancake but these actually come frozen in a box in the freezer aisle. They have other flavors too such as zucchini. I think it’s mostly spinach, potatoes, some egg and spices.

Loose buttons these are Morningstar farms veggie sausage links. The spinach pancakes are golden brand
