This is one of my favorite breakfasts, Chia pudding.

Yesterday I ate under goal, slightly exceeded my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 414 kcal deficit // BF unchanged and is out of range // barely missed Sleep Goal

is chia pudding like tabioca pudding? Just seems slimier LOL

I think so. I was a big fan of tapioca pudding as a child and I think that is why I'm a big fan of chia pudding.
