2 Big 2 Fail's Journal, 17 June 2014

Feeling just a little better each day. Wanted to lift weights after work and got delayed but went later and did pretty much the full weights and repetitions. My diverticulitis recovery makes be apprehensive about the sit-up work but I did most of them. Losing weight is also helping to take some of the stress off my core.

Six pounds doesn't sound like much but I've been parked at my weight almost perfectly solid for more than a year and I've increased my excersize tremendously. My appetite is down some so I'm taking advantage of this to lose some fat but I'm going to keep lifting to keep the muscle tone.
