Weighed in at the gym. Six pounds in a few weeks.

I'm slowly recovering from diverticulitis and went to the gym last night and did a lighter workout. It was good to get back and I was able to do most of the routine work including sit-up. I didn't push but was present and that OK for starters.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
