No wonder I am not losing. My calorie deficit for the day is 212 calories. At that rate it would take 2 wks & 2 days to lose a pound. Gotta do better than that! More exercise tomorrow...then try to eliminate that extra 100 calories a day, 700 calories/wk, equals a pound in 5 wks! NO WAY!
