So the Leslie Sansone Walking DVDs arrived... I did the 1 mile walk... totally achievable... there were points where I wasn't sure if I'd make it through, but totally did the whole workout at her pace, which I have to say I'm quite proud of! So it's totally achievable to do that each day (so only technically 15 minutes plus 5 minutes of warm up/cool down) but still... it's a start.. and I'm thinking I'll try the 2 mile one on the weekend once my crazy work week is over!

I love them. I get up every morning and do a routine. Love that the steps arent complicated and confusing but they are a wonderful workout at same time. Wish you luck on turning it into a routine..you'll see good results :)

I have the walk away the pounds 1, 2, and 3mil3 dvd. I like that it gives me three options depending on my time. I've worked up to doing the 3mile 1-2x a day. I tried several biggest loser ones and to be honest they were either too hard or they tended to hurt my knees really bad. I've noticed the walk away the pounds dvds are making a big difference. We went to the zoo today and I pushed the stroller up some of the monster hills without a problem...last year I thought I was gonna die when I did it. So I figure if I keep up the walking I'll soon be in a little bit better shape to try out more exercise Dvds. I'll let you know bout the different ones I try...keep me posted if you find some good ones too. Good luck and keep up the good work :)
