Today was an adventure. I logged tons of steps, calories burned, and PAI points. I haven’t been running lately so I went for a run. Then we tried to go kayaking. Unfortunately a storm was breaking right when we hit the water. I lost my hat and foolishly went in the water to get it. The current was too strong and I couldn’t get the hat and couldn’t get to/back in my boat. Thankfully my fiancé rescued me and we made it back safely. Poor guy seemed a bit traumatized. I burned more calories than usual fighting the current both swimming and paddling.

Safe and dry now, I’m sad the weekend is over. Hoping to continue to get exercise most days throughout the week. Have a great week, FS buddies!
