Yesterday I trimmed up the yard for the holiday weekend. We plan to stay close to home until we have a chance to see the effects of removing the restrictions. I'm praying all goes well for everyone and we all have a safe holiday weekend. I ate under goal, slightly exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. 1481kcal deficit // BF↓0.3% // BW↓1.4# // Sleep Goal met I consistently slightly exceed my protein goal. I averaged out the amounts I have recorded and I'm adjusting my protein goal up by ten grams to reflect that amount...

@JustBananas, Yes, everyone in my household is vaccinated. The experts say that we don't have herd immunity in America. Many parts of the world are not as advanced in their response as us and are breeding grounds for new variants. They are also saying that they don't know how long will our immunity last. Several of us have high risk factors to consider so we will continue to use an abundance caution for a little longer...
