Menu back biceps:
- 3kg dumbbells reverse fly
- 5kg dumbbells wide over row
- 22.5kg deadlift
- 22.5kg bent over row
- 7 kg dumbbells alternate row
- 12.5kg barbel biceps curl
- 5kg dumbbel alternate biceps curl
