Everyone on FS is so good about sharing new ideas, new techniques, and mostly new foods. So today is my turn! Found the most delicious salad dressing ever - it's called Opa Greek Yogurt Dressing and the flavor I tried was Dill and Feta. Oh my heavens it was just great! Per 2 Tbs it only has 50 calories. 4.5 g fat, 2 g cards, 2 g protein and 5 mg cholesterol. And it just tastes so darn good! I need to buy another jar just so I can take it to work. Best of all, it's available in the normal grocers (I got it at Albertson's). I put it on a chopped kale and vegetable salad and thought "holy cow I could eat this everyday!

So there is my yummy delicious share - enjoy that salad!
