2 Big 2 Fail's Journal, 07 April 2014

I have to give people credit who can keep up with the calorie tracking for long periods of time. I almost called it quits this weekend but I got back on it. Sometimes it just doesn't seem to be working as quickly as I want but when I look at myself in the mirror I realize it has been making a difference. If I get that thought again I'll drop and do another 20 like yesterday and snap my sorry ass out of it.

Motto for today...Suck it UP!

It will never go as quick as we want it to. We want to wake up the next day skinny in reality and it just does not work like that. Keep at it! I believe in you!

I agree it is hard to keep track; it takes great effort and commitment. On a positive note; you're more likely to stay on track if you do keep track of it; meaning that if you know you need to post it then you have to ask yourself; do I really need this? It helps me to not eat when I am not really hungry. We all slip at times but if you re commit yourself to your goal; you will get where you need to be. Think Positive! :)

I think we all have those days, that happen to me last week when I didn't really see a change on the scale but I do see the change in the mirror and in my clothes and the way I feel so it snaps me right back to reality lol
