Good morning!
Today's journal will be set and short. In a spur of the moment I decided to jump on a bus and go work out at the remote gym instead of the one next door. I was barely out of bed and had very little time to make it on the bus.
This means I forgot by tablet and am now on the bus, writing using my phone. While it's not impossible, it's tedious.
I wanted to weigh in, though.
I'm down another 1.2 kilos, heading I'm the right direction. I can already feel it on my clothes, and I can see and feel a difference.
I did 100 percent again yesterday and had no trouble doing it.
The plan is pretty much the same today.
Today, I'm thankful for: - Another good night. - going to the gym. - FOCUS! - Wife!
