Ate half of a large clam basket yesterday for dinner but only a handful of nuts for lunch. I did not do my Wednesday workout since our plans with guests took up the whole day. By the time we got home at 630 I was exhausted.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
