Yesterday I did a lot of yard work. When we had an ice storm about three weeks ago and it broke a number of branches on the Magnolia tree in our front yard. I had removed many broken branches, yesterday I tried to neaten the tree up a bit. I'm still not finished. I was so worn out when I stopped and put my tools and ladder away, it felt like I had over done it at the gym.

Today's breakfast is one I liked to enjoy when going to the gym. I have a doctor appointment today so, today will be a rest day. Yesterday I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. 1416kcal deficit // BF↓0.3% // BW↓1.6#
