What is yall's favorite way to meal prep chicken breast?

I found this recipe to be a nice change! 1 cup cornflake crumbs 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp smoked paprika 2 Tbs brown sugar 3 Tbs oil 1-2 lb chicken breast Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and toss chicken in sandy mixture. Bake 20-22 min. The smoke gives it a really unique flavor!

I like to dry poach with my favorite seasonings. It cooks very moist and flavorful.

Steamed chicken breast with fresh lemon slices, cracked pepper, sweet mini peppers & fresh garlic 😊

I make soulvlaki. Cut the chicken breast in chunks, put on wooden skewers. In a gallon zip lock bag add lemon juice, olive oil, chopped garlic, dried oregano, dried rosemary, bay leaves, salt, and pepper. Place the skewers carefully in the bag and marinate on a tray in the fridge. To cook take them out wipe off the excess marinade and either bake on a wire rack at 350 or cook them on a grill. I like the grill the best. Serve with lemon wedges, tzatziki, pita and salad. Leftovers are great for quick salad toppers too.
