Started doing 15-20 minute walks on Wednesday 2/17, walked outside and one day on the treadmill and trying to slow down on the sugar.
145.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
