Been a long time, gonna try and make a life change. I need to lose weight bad, its starting to affect my health. Not sure exactly how much I weigh but its around 220 I will weigh in later today. Please make yourself stick with a diet this time.

You can do it. Lose that weight, slim that waist, and gain some years on your life.
