I keep doing all the right things, and the scale just sits there day after day. I am so sick of the struggle, but the alternative is to gain, and I'm not planning on going there either. I am healthy and reasonably happy, and I will continue to do the right things regardless of the painfully slow results. I wish spring would get here so that I can start running again!
203.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 68.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Forget that scale. Continue to do the things you know to keep you healthy which is proper eating, exercise, and proper rest. Sometimes we put too much emphasis on weight scales which only give a number, but gives no indication of how healthy you are or how you feel. If you're feeling healthy & happy, that's way more reliable than what the scale number say. So great job & keep up the good work buddy.
