Great week. Made small changes, no creamer (instead atkins protein), more eggs, avocado, water and Gatorade zero. Still need to up my work out. Since I added the electrolytes I don't feel as weak and tired. Have a great week everyone
222.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
