2 Big 2 Fail's Journal, 06 February 2014

Not a good day for this diet.

I'll pick it back up tomorrow and get right back on track.

I was pretty worn out today. Shovelled snow for an hour Wednesday and decided to go to the gym and lift weights anyways. Someone said the shovelling was enough but I really don't see it as a substitution. The same thing happens in the summer when I mowed for a few hours. I didn't count it as a walk...just mowing.

Anyways I was tired and I know from the past that when I'm tired I tend to be hungry. Does anyone know why this is so? For me it's been very obvious. The two go together.
