I think Slow is going to be the best way for me too. I am using the calories that this site gives me for slow weight loss and I feel like I am not starving at all. I eat very well, and mostly portion control.. You are doing Great Just being here. Keep up the Great work and remember.. Every Day is a New Day. Dosent matter what happened the day before.
