shame I weigh the same. But I have to learn to eat two weeks dried fruit and nuts that should last 2 weeks not 4 days then I would be where I need to be. I am getting new scales next weekend ( smart scales) so I am excited as I'll have to be strict with myself. They will do a good job of keeping me on a healthier track. Merrymel

I love my smart scale. It helped me a lot at the beginning by shear shaming-me into compliance. Specially useful if you are tracking your muscle gain as well.
