menu makan siang yg sama ky makan malem. 🤣🤣🤣 sepiring kurang dari 300kkal, diet ga melulu bahan yg mahal kok. klo blm bs beli shirataki/nasi merah/nasi coklat ya nasi putih aja atau ky aku gini, nasi jagung. sehat, murah, bergizi 🤭
