Averaging 5 miles a day. 11 miles on Friday but spent time in the garden yesterday and will do some more this afternoon. What about you?

I go every day to do my shopping which is approx 2 miles and if the weather is dry I will go out for a walk in the afternoon, can't wait for the summer when I'll be walking along the seafront, hopeful by then I will have lost some weight not t be ashamed!
