MsMightyPup's Journal, 14 January 2014

Okay, so I'm typing my first entry. Not sure if anyone will read it cause I can't find any others who have had the gastric sleeve. In any case, I'm not having problems with my food other than making sure I don't overeat at any one sitting. The problem is that I can't yet recognize when I've eaten too much. I have to slow down when eating. If I eat too much, I either throw up or feel a pain in my chest for a good hour. The real problem I've been having is getting in any exercise. I suffer from agoraphobia, and although I can go outside for short periods of time, it is difficult for me to stay out long enough to do any exercise. I do have a treadmill but can't seem to find the motivation to get on it regularly. It's not the exercise but the thought that I "have" to do it. I'm losing weight but I know I'd have better results if I add in the exercise. Don't have an answer yet, will keep posting.
