makan siang. kurang lebih 250kal, nasi kongbap 60gr, bening bayam wortel 75gr (ga trmsk kuah), sambal goreng kentang & udang 75gr. ini menu rumahan biasa yaa, krn sekali masak utk suami & anak juga, hehe. met makan siang semua!
