Yesterday was suppose to be a rest day. I had planned to help my Wife a little to help tune house for the holidays. She was happy with the results and I got in some activity. I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF unchanged // BW↓0.2# I apologize for the picture quality. The tree has a lovely topper that can't be seen in the picture. She has a few more things for me to do today and I need to hurry and get them done. Happy Wife, Happy Holidays!!!

My kids used to love tinsel on our tree. It would be spring time and I would still be finding tinsel everywhere. They still tell me I should put some on our tree. It seems odd to me because they don't use it, and they set up artificial trees...
