This morning I'm eating one of my favorite break the fast meals, chia pudding and mixed berries!!! Yesterday I ate under goal, met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF↑0.2% // BW↑0.8#

@Bill, I miss a lot of good opportunities to take food shots. Usually, I'm in such a hurry to dig in that I don't take the time to take a picture. A good example is last night. We had a very pretty plate of ribs, mashed potatoes and green beans. We thanked GOD for our food and the next thing I knew I was chewing. It's not that I don't like sharing. I log everything I eat so it's available for everyone to read. I just like my food hot...
