There goes a lot of water weight from my period I guess!
144.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1642 kcal Fat: 57.71g | Prot: 80.05g | Carb: 161.40g.   Breakfast: Oatly Oat Milk, Coffee, Sugar, Nabisco Belvita Chocolate Breakfast Biscuits. Lunch: Cobblestone Mill Potato Hamburger Buns, Sargento Deli Style Sliced Gouda Cheese, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat). Dinner: Cabernet Sauvignon Wine , White Rice, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh (Skin Eaten). Snacks/Other: The Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps - Buffalo Wing, Starbucks Cinnamon Macchiato with Almond Milk (Venti). more...
