Im not 100% back, but I am getting there. Today, I did 45 minutes of doctor-approved exercise. I feel much better already. Physical Therapy is going well. They are working on strengthen my leg(s). I definitely feel sore after going, but its a good, satisfying kinda sore. I've devised a plan to get myself back on track. After 10 straight days of exercising and healthy eating, I am going to do something for myself. I dont know what yet. I might dye my hair, I might go somewhere like to see a movie, or I might buy a pair of boots I wanted. Just simply saying that I stayed on track for 10 days is enough for me, really. If i break it, I have to start over again. So i am considering this Day 1!
Things I need to work on: Eating more protein Drinking more water keeping myself busy
I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow and see what the news is. Hopefully nothing over 5 pounds.
