Too much bread and rice today. Going to bed feeling a bit stuffed. Not getting on that scale tomorrow. I've had about 13 scale free days earlier this year for reasons I can't remember and tomorrow is going to be another one. Not going to do it, can't make me! In fact, I've already been considering only weighing in weekly. Wasn't going to start weekly until January but I might just go ahead and give it a try now and see how I like it.
